The purpose of this blog is to post educational information on maintaining weight loss and preventing weight regain after bariatric surgery. Obesity and bariatric surgery are becoming increasing prominent in our society. Unfortunately, a significant percentage of patients start regaining a portion of their weight approximately 18-24 months after surgery. This page is intended to encourage post bariatric surgery patients to take hold of lifestyle changes that are essential for success.
